If you're from the Bay Area, California, the journey to Cusco, Perú normally means booking a 14+ hour flight, with 2-3 stops.

1. • We normally book our flights through LATAM Airlines (Latin American Airlines) from San Francisco (SFO) to Cusco, Perú (CUZ).

- Ignacio has visited Perú every year from the Bay Area since 2011, and has found that booking through LATAM Airlines is the most simple and straight-forward. We also notice better prices booking directly on their website (compared to searching for flights on Google Flights), but of course, feel free to approach booking your flight however you feel best!

Booking Your Hotel Stay

We would love for you to book your stay at the hotel venue where we are having the wedding, but feel free to book wherever you prefer!

•  The wedding venue hotel has set aside rooms for our wedding guests to book directly with them. 

• To book a room at the venue hotel (Sonesta Posadas del Inca Yucay):

1. Email the venue at: reservas.sonestayucay@ghlhoteles.com

2. In the email, please mention:

► You are reserving your stay for our wedding

► Use this group code: Boda Iliana & Ignacio

► Check-in date

► Check-out date

► Room type: (Superior Matrimonial / Superior Double / Superior Quadruple / Standard Double / Standard Matrimonial / etc.)

► Please mention whether you will have children included in your booking. Children aged 9 and above will be considered as an additional guest in the room, with a daily rate of USD $50 per child (this includes breakfast). For young guests aged 3 to 8, breakfast is available at a special rate of USD $13 per child, per day. 

3. Once you send this information to the hotel, the office for reservations will verify availability.

4. Next, you as the guest must approve and reply with an email confirmation. (Important)

5. The reservation is confirmed and a payment due date will be provided.

• The payment deadline for all reservations will be May 15, 2026.

• If the reservation is not paid by the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled.

• Please note: that the office for reservations is open Monday through Friday and the response time is 48 business hours.

• Guests have up to 6 weeks before the wedding to book available rooms with our wedding code.

ACCOMMODATION RATES 2026:

Superior quadruple: USD $240

Superior double or matrimonial: USD $170

Standard suite: USD $175

Standard triple: USD $170

Standard single, double, or matrimonial: USD $140

Rates are flat and include buffet breakfast.
